ARROW is looking for dynamic and capable Programme Managers to foster our growing programme work and partnerships in the region and in the Global South. The following skill sets are essential:
- Strategic programme and budget management;
- Partnership development across different stakeholder groups;
- Creative vision and execution of programmatic work;
- Fund-raising and donor relationship management; and
- Effective human resource supervision and management.
As evidence-generation, information and communications, advocacy and capacity building are built into every aspect of ARROW’s programmatic work, the applicants should be able to demonstrate clear skills in at least 2 areas. A minimum of five years of work at a strategic management level is required. The applicant should have a deep and abiding commitment to women’s rights and human rights; and must be prepared to both work hard and have fun. This post is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. All qualifications and working experience being equal, preference will be given to candidates from the Asia-Pacific region.
