About ASEAN CSR Network
Launched on 11 January 2011, the ASEAN CSR Network (ACN) is a regional network of CSR networks that aims to provide opportunities for networking and exchange, to be a venue for discussing and addressing regional issues and concerns, and to be advocate and capacity builder for acceptance of international norms of CSR behaviour in the region.
It is registered as a company limited by guarantee in Singapore and is an ASEAN Entity under Annexe 2 of the ASEAN Constitution with a mission to promote and mainstream responsible business in ASEAN.

Manager, Communications
Role and Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and implement integrated communications plans to support ACN’s plans and programmes
- Coordinate with programming, communication, content and social media functions to ensure alignment and integration for programmes and campaigns
- Identify and develop positive media stories to enhance the organisation’s branding, looking for story ideas and opportunities
- Write-up for corporate collaterals including newsletter, brochures and corporate website and microsites
- Events management
- Manage crisis and issues management
- Manage social media platforms to spread awareness of responsible business and CSR
Experience and Skills Required
You value integrity, have a strong sense of social justice and is committed to the socio-economic development and sustainability of ASEAN through the regional business community.
You have at least 5 to 8 years’ of relevant experience in communications, CSR and sustainability. You are self-driven, but at the same time enjoy working as a team to achieve the objectives of the Organisation.
Business acumen is important so that you can anticipate and identify opportunities of growth for the network. You should also possess strong analytical skills as well written and oral communications skills, be good at project management. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, have knowledge of web management and maintenance and be able to oversee marketing/graphic design-related projects from time to time.

Finance Officer/ Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the financial accounts of the organisation
- Maintain financial records in compliance with accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirements and organisational policies.
- Prepare periodic reports on the financial status of the organisation and specific projects
- Recommend and implement financial governance policies and control systems to ensure transparency and efficiency
- Support the CEO and Programme Director and other staff on the financial management and budgeting aspects of all projects
Experience & Skills Required
- Good degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in related field of finance and administration
- Strong background in project management, particularly in a non-profit and donor supported setting
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, including regulatory requirements and latest accounting standards
- Proficient in accounting software
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact comfortably with all levels and with external stakeholders
- Meticulous, organized and analytical and an effective team player
- Driven, self-starter and results oriented

Project Co-ordinator
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support directly the implementation of the ‘ASEAN CSR Vision 2020’ project and other projects
- Liaise with project partners, donors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient implementation of project activities
- Prepare project plans, briefs and reports in a timely manner
- Organise activities and events
- Works directly with the Programme Director and the Programmes team
Experience & Skills Required
- Good university degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in project management, particularly in a non-profit and donor supported setting
- Experience in organising meetings and events, such as stakeholder consultations, workshops and medium sized forums
- Experience and knowledge on CSR-related issues is a plus
- Excellent communicator with strong writing skills (English is essential and a second language spoken in ASEAN is a distinct advantage)
- Ability to multi-task and be a team player
- Willingness to travel
