To commemorate the International Week of the Disappeared, the International Coalition Against Enforced Disappearances invites everyone to a webinar titled “Enforced Disappearance and the Struggle for Universal Ratification of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance” which will be held on May 28 at 10 PM (MNL/KL Time) or 4 PM (GEN Time).
