The organizing of ACSC/APF2016 is underway, as the committees have been formed and working progress has been made since the 1st Regional Consultation Meeting in Bangkok.
Greetings, people of ASEAN!
We are happy to invite all NGOs and CSOs to join us for the 2nd Regional Consultation Meeting of ACSC/APF2016. Details of the meeting are as follows:
- Date : 10 – 11 May 2016
- Time : 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Venue : International Cooperation and Training Center (ICTC Lao-Japan), Avenue Kaysone Phomvihane, Vientiane, Lao PDR
The organizing of ACSC/APF2016 is underway, as the committees have been formed and working progress has been made since the 1st Regional Consultation Meeting in Bangkok.
Please find attached the tentative programme of the meeting. We will be happy to have you join us in this meeting.
There will be a registration fee of USD40 for this consultation meeting in Vientiane which you would need to pay during the registration on 10th May 2016. This fee is to cover the cost of the 2 tea breaks and lunch provided during the 2 days meeting. The rental of the conference hall is supported by Forum-Asia.
At this point, we have yet to have any confirmed funding for this event. If and when the funding for this event is confirmed, the fee will be cancelled.
