The briefing paper is a synthesis of FORUM-ASIA’s documentation work, rapid assessments and salient points from the webinar series on the status of human rights during the COVID-19 pandemic.
It aims to inform readers on the human rights situation in Southeast Asia during the pandemic, how ASEAN is traversing a new normal and recommendations to address the effects of the pandemic on human rights.
