NDI’s Cambodia field office seeks a Resident Program Manager to manage a civil society and elections program under the supervision of the Resident Senior Director. The Resident Program Manager will be responsible for providing analysis of electoral reform proposals, helping local partners build and sustain an outreach and advocacy campaign for election reform, and working with local groups to audit Cambodia’s voter list and monitor voter registration. The position, available immediately, is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and may involve travel within the country. The duration of the position is contingent upon future funding.
