We are happy to invite all NGOs and CSOs to join us for the ACSC/APF2016 1st Regional Consultation Meeting. Details of the meeting are as follows:
- Date 31 March – 1 April 2016
- Time 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Venue St. Gabriel Foundation Bldg, Soi Thong Lo 25, Soi 55, Sukhumvit Rd, Khlong Tan Nua, Watthana, Bangkok
Both Co-chairs Fernando Antonio da Costa and Jerald Joseph met together with Timor Leste NOC to start the preparations for ACSC/APF2016. There were also engagements with Timor-Leste government, CSOs and prospective funders.
The outlook is positive and the organizing of ACSC/APF2016 is underway.
Please find attached the draft programme of the meeting, logistic note, and the registration form. We will be happy to have you join us in this meeting.
The organisers will only cover the 2 tea-breaks and lunch during the duration of 2 days meeting. All other cost is to be borne by the organisations individually.
There are some rooms available at the venue for 800 baht per night. As there are not many rooms, the rooms will be available on the first come first serve basis. If you are keen to stay at the venue, please indicate in your registration form and we will make the booking for you. Upon check in, you would need to pay for the accommodation by yourself. There are also many other hotels in the vicinity of the meeting venue.
