We are happy to invite all NGOs and CSOs to join us for the ASEAN Civil Society Conference/ ASEAN Peoples’ Forum 2016. Details of the conference are as follows:

• Date      2nd – 5th August 2016
• Venue  Dili Convention Center (Centru Convensaun Dili/CCD), Dili, Timor-Leste

Please find attached the logistic note for your perusal. The logistic note will be updated as and when we get more updated details.

There is a nominal registration fee for theACSC/APF2016 in Dili, Timor-Leste. The details of the registration fees per person, are as follows:

•     Local/National Organisation – USD10
•     Regional/International Organisation – USD50
•     Embassies/ United Nation – USD100

The late registration fee for the ACSC/APF2016 in Dili, Timor-Leste are as follows:

•     Regional/International Organisation – USD130
•     Embassies/ United Nation – USD180
