The Singapore Government appoints Ambassador-at-Large Chan Heng Chee as Singapore’s representative to AICHR. Ambassador Chan succeeds Singapore’s first AICHR representative, Mr Richard R. Magnus, who completes his three-year term of service on Oct 31. Ambassador Chan was Singapore’s former Permanent Representative to the United Nations and Ambassador to the US (July 1996 to July 2012).
