The purpose of the Dialogue between the ASEAN Commission on the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Women and Children (ACWC) with Civil Society is to exchange views on the potential involvement of CSOs in the implementation of the Declaration on the Elimination of Violence Against Women and Elimination of Violence Against Children in ASEAN in particular and also in broader areas of mutual concern in light of the ACWC Work Plan 2012-2016 implementation.
