The ACMW DT: 1. Discussed Chapter II of the 2nd version of the zero draft ASEAN instrument on the protection and promotion of the rights of migrant workers. 2. Changed the order of Chapter V and Chapter VI to: Chapter V : Obligation of sending states and Chapter VI: Obligation of receiving states
3. Agreed to revise Chapter III and Chapter VI at the 7th ACMW Drafting Team Meeting to be held in Brunei Darussalam. 4. Consider the rights of undocumented migrant workers in accordance with articles 2,3 and 4 of the Cebu Declaration / ASEAN Declaration on the Rights of Migrant Workers
