Throughout the 2012 and 2013, the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC) has been carrying out short training program to disseminate human rights and ASEAN Human Rights Declaration (AHRD) awareness to selected government officials and high school students. This training is also held in cooperation with local academic institutions and local non-governmental organizations.
Some of the main purposes of the training are to train local human rights trainers and local human rights core officials in Cambodia, and to disseminate the AHRD and general human rights concept to selected high school students.
