Human Asia Essay Contests: COVID-19, Vaccine, and Human Rights

Human Asia is now accepting essay applications to the 5th Human Rights English Essay Competition. The theme of this contest is “COVID-19, Vaccine, and Human Rights.” Youth between the ages of 13 to 18 years old with an interest in human rights and are based in Asia are eligible to join this contest.

To join the contest, register here and submit your English essay (approximately 3,000 words) to [email protected] no later than August 25, 2021. The winners of the contest will be announced on September on Human Asia’s website.

 

In addition, Human Asia and Korea University – International Human Rights Center are now accepting entries to the Student Paper Competition with the theme “COVID-19, Vaccines, and Human Rights.” Individuals residing in Asia who are currently undergraduate or graduate students can join this contest. Papers can be written by maximum of three students but each student must meet the eligibility criteria.

The deadline for submission for essays is on August 20, 2021.
